What are the different ticket types?
General admission tickets admit patrons into a single screening or Creative Conference event. Pre-sale tickets are available online for $12 until 11:59 pm the night before the screening, while same-day tickets are available to purchase for $15 at any venue’s Box Office (Festival HQ and the Plaza Theater are the only locations that will sell tickets for any venue).
Opening/Closing Night screening and party tickets are also available online or at the door for $50. These tickets are subject to availability and are sold as a package (no separates).
Festival Badges have varying admission privileges depending on the badge type. Please review in detail to understand what each badge level includes:
Film Badge admits the badge holder to all screenings via Line A.
Film & Conference Badge admits the badge holder to all screenings and Creative Conference events via Line A.
All-Access Badge admits all badge holders to screenings, Creative Conference events, and parties via Line A.
Producer Badge admits the badge holder and a plus one to any screening, Creative Conference event, or party for the entirety of the Festival. This badge also includes ATLFF merchandise and access to the Filmmaker Brunch.
ATLFS Member Card admits the card holder into any screening via the Standby Line, given that seats are available after both Line A and Line B are seated.
What if I need ADA Accommodation?
If you need reasonable modifications due to a disability, including communications in an alternate format, in order to participate in any County-sponsored event, please contact us at 470-296-0170 or via e-mail at email@example.com. Please contact us seven days (7) in advance of the event to facilitate your request. Also, please note The Plaza Theatre has no elevator to it's second floor. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Is there a limit to the number of screenings I can attend as badge holder?
All badges and ATLFS Members (with card) provide all-you-can-watch access for one person to regular film screenings during the festival. Badge holders are admitted 20 minutes prior to showtime, whereas ATLFS Member Card holders are admitted approximately 5 minutes prior to showtime, given that seats are still available.
Are there discounts available for tickets and badges?
There is a discount available on festival badges for all seniors over 60, current students or military personnel (active or retired). To receive a discount on badges, use the discount code MSS50 in the promo code box and your badge MUST be picked up with a valid ID. Badges are available for pick up at Festival Headquarters (Church on Ponce & Highland) 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 4/3 or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm 4/4 through 4/14.

Parking availability varies for each venue. In all cases carpooling or using public transportation is encouraged.

How do I get my tickets?
General admission tickets can be printed at home prior to each screening. You may also use your Eventive confirmation from your email, just download ticket pdf. Each venue’s Box Office will open one hour prior to the first screening of the day. Only Festival Headquarters and The Plaza Theater will be selling tickets for all venues; other venues will be selling tickets for day of screenings at that venue.
Festival badges and ATLFS Member Cards can be picked up at Festival Headquarters (Upper CPH) between 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 4/3 or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm 4/4 through 4/14. Badges cannot be picked up at venue Box Offices, so be sure to allow enough time to pick them up prior to the start of screenings and events you would like to attend.
Which badges include priority seating (Line A) and when are those patrons admitted?
Any patrons with the following badges are admitted via Line A and will be seated 20 minutes prior to showtime. All seating is first-come, first-served for all badge holders, so early arrival is essential to acquiring optimal seating. Line A admission is included with any of the following badges:
Film & Conference Badge
Individual ticket holders ($13 in advance/$15 at the door, purchased for individual screenings or events online or at the Box Office) are seated approximately 15 minutes prior to start time. If you do not arrive by the time Line B is admitted, your seat may be released to patrons waiting in the Standby Line, who are seated 5 minutes before the screening begins. It is important to arrive early, particularly for more popular screenings. Please allow plenty of time to park and make your way to the venue.
Is there a badge, or package, to only attend the Creative Conference?
This year, we offer $25 Creative Conference Day Pass for unlimited attendance all day to Creative Conference events. Single Panel tickets can be purchased individually ($13 in advance/$15 at the door). Access to the Creative Conference can also be obtained through the Film & Conference badge.
What does it mean when advance tickets are no longer available?
A limited number of tickets are made available for advance purchase; the rest of our theater seats are reserved for our badge-holders to claim. Should these seats go unclaimed at 5 minutes to showtime, they will be sold to guests waiting in the standby line. Tickets purchased from the standby line are $15. We can accept cash or credit card.
How does the Standby Line work?
All attendees with either a ATLFS Member Card, or walk-up patrons looking to purchase tickets to a sold out screening are to wait in the Standby Line. Once badge holders and individual ticket holders are seated, all remaining seats are released to Standby Line (approximately 5 minutes prior to screening). Except for a handful of screenings each year that sell out in advance, there are always a generous number of seats left at every screening for this group.
