2008 Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay Competition
Call For Entries Now Open!

Accepting Feature and Short Screenplays

LAST DEADLINE IS THIS WEEK
EXTENDED DEADLINE FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

"If I'd been given the choice between a $5,000 cash prize and the weekend mentorship, I can absolutely say I'd prefer the mentorship. Because a cash prize, unless we're talking about something in the six-figure range, isn't going to help me get my film made." - Brett Wood, 2007 Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay Competition Finalist

Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay CompetitionThe Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay Competition looks to discover high quailty screenplays and then help the writer further develop and refine their script through an extensive workshop retreat with professional writers and filmmakers. This year's workshop retreat will again return to the Margaret Mitchell House, November 14-16.

(for an extra fee, professional script coverage also available)
